Domestic & international shipping

Domestic Shipping (U.S.): Orders are processed within 2–3 business days and shipped via standard or expedited shipping options at checkout. Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

International Shipping: Processing takes 2–3 business days, and delivery time varies by destination, typically 7–21 business days. Please note that customs fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and may be collected upon delivery.

returns & exchanges

We want you to love your Sendhuro gear! If you’re not completely stoked with your order, we’ve got you covered.

  • Returns: Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Exchanges: Need a different size, color, or style? No problem. Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery, subject to availability.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Final sale items, custom or personalized gear, gift cards, and undergarments can’t be returned or exchanged.

  • Return Shipping: Customers cover return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Processing: Give us 5–7 business days to process your return or exchange once we receive your item.

damaged PRODUCT OR WRONG ITEM RECEIVED

If your gear shows up damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us at info@sendhuro.com within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll send you a prepaid shipping label, and once we get the item back, we’ll ship out a replacement at no extra cost.
